Sweet Potato & Cauliflower Hash

2 Tbsp olive oil
1 cup Brussels sprout leaves
1 bag (16 oz) Green Giant™ Fresh Sweet Potato & Cauliflower Crumbles®  chopped vegetables
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper


  1. In a 10” skillet, heat 2 Tbsp oil over medium heat. Add Brussels sprouts; cook 1 minute, stirring frequently, until wilted. Add Sweet Potato & Cauliflower Crumbles® chopped vegetables;  cook 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently until vegetables are tender crisp. Stir in paprika, salt and pepper.
  2. Serve hash with fried or poached egg.
