Slow Cooker Pork & Veggie Stew

1 1/2 lb pork boneless loin roast, trimmed of fat
1 1/2 cup Green Giant™ Fresh Carrots, cut into 1/4"slices
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 cups parsnips, peeled, 1/2" cubed
1 pkg (12 oz) Green Giant™ Fresh Butternut Squash
1 carton (32 oz) Progresso® chicken broth
1 Tbsp Green Giant™ Fresh sage, chopped
2 tsp Green Giant™ Fresh thyme, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
3 Tbsp Gold Medal® all-purpose flour
3 Tbsp butter or margarine, softened


  1. Cut pork into 1” cubes. In 4-5-quart slow cooker, mix pork and remaining ingredients except flour and butter.
  2. Cover and cook on low heat setting 6-7 hours.
  3. In small bowl, mix flour and butter; gradually stir into stew until blended. Increase heat setting to high. Cover and cook 30-45 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
