Roasted Green Beans & Mushrooms

1 lb Green Giant™ Fresh Green Beans
8 oz Green Giant™ Fresh Mushrooms, quartered
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp Green Giant™ Fresh thyme, chopped
Salt and pepper (just a pinch)
1/4 cup light balsamic vinaigrette dressing
1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled


  1. Toss mushrooms and french beans in olive oil. Add thyme, salt and pepper and place on baking sheet in a single layer
  2. Roast mushrooms and french beans in a preheated 400°F oven until they start to caramelize, about 20 minutes. Be sure to rotate halfway through
  3. Toss veggies in dressing and top with blue cheese. Enjoy!
