Linguine with Tarragon Vegetables

8 oz linguine, uncooked
1 pkg (12 oz) Green Giant™ Fresh Asparagus, trimmed, cut into 1” pieces (about 2 cups)
2 medium tomatoes, seeded, chopped
1/4 cup Green Giant™ Fresh Green Onions, sliced
2 Tbsp Green Giant™ Fresh tarragon, chopped
2 Tbsp olive or vegetable oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp lemon peel, finely grated
1/8 tsp coarse ground black pepper
1 garlic clove, minced
1 cup (4 oz) Asiago cheese, shredded


  1. In large saucepan, cook linguine as directed on package, adding asparagus during last 4-6 minutes of cooking time. Cook until linguine and asparagus are tender. Drain.
  2. Meanwhile, in large bowl, combine all remaining ingredients except cheese.
  3. Add cooked linguine and asparagus; toss gently to coat. Add cheese; toss to mix.
