Cheesy Chicken Broccoli Bake

3 cups Green Giant™ Fresh Broccoli Florets
2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
1 cup boiling water
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup Green Giant™ Fresh Italian Parsley, chopped
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
5 oz (3/4 cup) orzo or rosamarina (rice-shaped pasta), uncooked
1 pkg (3 oz) cream cheese, cut into cubes
1/4 cup almonds, sliced


  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 2-quart casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except almonds; mix well. Pour into sprayed casserole dish. Cover.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes. Uncover; stir well to mix cream cheese. Cover; bake an additional 10-15 minutes or until orzo is tender and casserole is bubbly. Sprinkle with almonds.
