Carrot Apple Slaw

Ingredients

1 package Green Giant™ Fresh Sweet Fixin’s Shredded Carrots
1 Granny Smith Apple, thinly sliced
2/3 cup dried cranberries

Dressing:
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp honey
1 lemon, juiced and zested
½ tsp salt
½ cup chopped toasted pecans, to serve

Directions

  1. Combine carrots, apple, and cranberries in a serving bowl.
  2. Whisk together the dressing ingredients in a small bowl.
  3. Toss dressing with slaw and garnish with pecans right before serving.
