2 Tbsp olive oil 1 carrot, chopped (about 1/2 cup) 1/2 cup onion, chopped 1 bag (16 oz) Green Giant™ Fresh Brussels Sprouts & Asparagus 2 cloves garlic, chopped 4 cups chicken broth 2 Tbsp Italian parsley, chopped
Directions
In 2-quart saucepan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add carrot and onion, cook for 1-2 minutes until onion is soft.
Add Brussels sprouts & asparagus and garlic, cook, stirring occasionally, 8-10 minutes or until vegetables are starting to brown. Stir in broth. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low, cook 5-7 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Garnish each serving with parsley.
