Brussels Sprouts & Asparagus Souffle

6 eggs
1/2 cup half-and-half
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 bag (16 oz) Green Giant™ Fresh Brussels Sprouts & Asparagus, chopped
1 (8 oz) container cottage cheese
1 cup (4 oz) Cheddar cheese, finely shredded


  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 9” (2-quart) square glass baking dish with butter.
  2. In medium bowl, beat eggs with wire whisk until lemon colored. Add half and half, flour, salt and pepper; whisk until smooth. Stir in chopped Brussels sprouts & asparagus, cottage cheese and cheese until well mixed. Pour mixture into baking dish.
  3. Bake 35-45 minutes until center is set and knife inserted in near center comes out clean.
