Brussels Sprout Coleslaw

1 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp white vinegar
1 Tbsp prepared horseradish sauce
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/8 tsp hot pepper sauce
1/4 cup Green Giant™ Fresh parsley, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced

1 package (12 oz) Green Giant™ Fresh Shredded Brussels Sprouts
1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup carrots, shredded
1 tsp salt


  1. In large bowl, mix all dressing ingredients until well blended.
  2. Add shredded Brussels sprouts, onion, carrots and salt; toss to coat. Refrigerate about 30 minutes to blend flavors. Refrigerate any leftovers. Serve as a side dish or on top of pulled pork sandwiches.
