Bacon Wrapped Brussels Sprouts

2 Tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
2 Tbsp maple syrup
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 lb (about 40 halves) Green Giant™ Fresh Halved Brussels Sprouts
14 slices bacon


  1. In small bowl, combine soy sauce, maple syrup and mustard. Set aside.
  2. Heat oven to 375°F. Cover 2 cookie sheets with foil then place cooling racks on top and spray with cooking spray.
  3. To prepare each appetizer, wrap 1 bacon piece around 1 half Brussels sprout; secure with toothpick. Place flat side down on prepared pan. Brush sauce over each appetizer.
  4. Bake 15 minutes. Brush each with sauce. Continue baking another 15 minutes or until bacon is crisp. Brush with remaining sauce.
