Sweet Potato & Cauliflower Crumbles®

Microwave: 

Tear bag at notch. Close bag with zipper leaving 1-inch opening. Place bag standing up in microwave; microwave on HIGH 4 minutes, or until desired tenderness.* Let stand 1 minute in microwave. Carefully remove bag. CAUTION HOT! *Because microwaves cook differently, times are approximate.

Steamer: 

Place contents of the bag in steamer and cook for 6-10 minutes or until desired tenderness.

Boil: 

To boil, place contents of the bag in small amount of boiling salted water and cook covered for 6-10 minutes until desired tenderness.

Freezing: 

Sweet Potato & Cauliflower Crumbles® Chopped Vegetables are best when enjoyed fresh, but can also be frozen. Place unopened bag in your freezer for up to 60 days. When ready to use, follow the Steam In Pack Directions; or if incorporating into a recipe, use while still frozen. Thawing first is not necessary and may result in excessive moisture.

Roasting: 

Pour Sweet Potato & Cauliflower Crumbles® Chopped Vegetables onto a foil-lined baking pan or cookie sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper or other seasoning, as desired. Bake in a 425F oven for 8-10 minutes or until nicely browned and fork tender.
