Romaine Hearts Prep 101


Cut romaine hearts in half lengthwise. Drizzle romaine hearts with oil and season with salt and pepper. Place on grill over Medium-High heat for 2-3 minutes until leaves begin to wilt and grill marks appear. Use grilling utensil to flip and cook remaining side. Remove from grill and sprinkle with balsamic vinegar, if desired.


Freezing is not recommended.
