Vegetable Ramen Soup

    3 cups chicken broth
    2 Tbsp soy sauce
    1 Tbsp oyster sauce
    1 pkg (3 oz) chicken-flavor ramen noodle soup mix
    1 bag Green Giant™ Fresh Asian Vegetable Blend

  • Directions

    1. In large saucepan, heat broth to boiling over medium-high heat. Stir in soy sauce and oyster sauce. Break apart noodles; stir into mixture (reserve seasoning packet for a later use). Stir in vegetable blend; heat to boiling.
    2. Reduce heat; simmer about 3 minutes or until noodles are tender.
