Skewers Kabobs

    1 pound chicken breast, cut into 1 inch cubes
    8 oz fresh Green Giant™ Fresh Asparagus spears, cut into 1-inch pieces (2 cups)
    1 1/2 cups whole Green Giant™ Fresh Mushrooms
    2 Green Giant™ Fresh Bell Peppers, cut into 2 inch pieces
    1 1/2 cups Green Giant™ Fresh Broccoli
    1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 cup honey
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/2 pinch ground ginger
    1 tsp. finely chopped Green Giant™ Fresh Thyme
    1 package (2 oz.) Green Giant™ Fresh Italian Parsley, finely chopped

  • Directions

    1. In a large resealable plastic bag, mix the Worcestershire sauce, honey, garlic powder, and ginger. Place bell peppers, asparagus, mushrooms, and chicken in the bag with the marinade. Seal, and refrigerate 4 to 24 hours.
    2. Preheat grill for medium-high heat.
    3. Discard marinade, and thread the meat and vegetables onto skewers, leaving a small space between each item.
    4. Lightly oil the grill grate. Grill skewers for 10 minutes, turning as needed and add thyme/parsley.
