Double-Spaghetti Squash

    1 medium spaghetti squash (3 lb)
    8 oz uncooked spaghetti, broken in half
    1/4 cup chopped Green Giant® Fresh Italian parsley
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
    2 tablespoons chopped Green Giant® Fresh oregano leaves
    1 teaspoon garlic salt

  • Directions

    1. Heat oven to 400°F. Pierce squash with fork; place in ungreased 8-inch square (2-quart) glass baking dish. Bake uncovered about 1 hour 30 minutes or until tender.
    2. Cook and drain spaghetti as directed on package. Cover to keep warm.
    3. Cut squash lengthwise in half; remove seeds and fibers. Reserve one half for later use. Remove spaghetti-like strands from other half with 2 forks. In large bowl, toss squash, spaghetti and remaining ingredients. Spoon spaghetti mixture into squash shell to serve.
