Oregano is an aromatic herb from the Mint family with a slightly bitter taste that is commonly found in Italian and Greek cuisine. Oregano is a staple in Italian cuisine! Infuse into olive oils, sprinkle over pasta or roll into fresh dough to add the flavor and fragrance to any dish.

Care & Handling

Selection: 

Look for bright green bunches of leaves with blemishes or wilting.

Storage: 

Wash and dry Oregano and wrap in damp paper towel. Store in a plastic bag up to three days.

Preparation: 

Oregano can be chopped, torn and minced for a variety of dishes or even infused into oils to add extra flavor!
