The leaves of fresh marjoram should be a rich, green color with a slightly fuzzy coating.
Wrap fresh Marjoram in damp paper towels and place in a sealed plastic bag in the fridge.
Marjoram’s delicate flavor is destroyed by heat, so it is best added just before a dish is ready. When using, discard the stems and use only the leaves for optimum flavor.
