Italian Parsley Prep 101

Italian Parsley is a green herb that can be used fresh as a garnish or cooked in dishes for added color and flavor. For hot dishes, add in cilantro as your last step.

Slicing: 

Finely chop Italian Parsley into soups, sauces and sides for added flavor or sprinkle on top of eggs, fish and main entrees for color and texture.

Pureed: 

Remove stems and puree or blend with olive oil, basil, salt, pepper, pine nuts and parmesan for a new take on classic pesto.
