Selection: 

Good quality Italian Parsley is deep green with firm stems, as well as aromatic. Avoid parsley that is wilted or blackened.

Storage: 

Italian Parsley should be stored in an air-tight zipper bag in the refrigerator.

Preparation: 

Garnish your favorite dishes with a whole stem of Italian Parsley, or sprinkle chopped leaves into soups, sauces and sides to add flavor, color and texture.
