Green Onions Prep 101

Top your favorite casseroles, salads, baked potatoes, or sandwiches with slices of green onion to add extra flavor. Green onions make a beautiful addition to stir-fries, soups, and egg salad. Grilling or sautéing is another great way to prepare green onions and adds to their flavor.

Freezing: 

To freeze green onions, trim then slice, or leave whole. Place in air-tight freezer bags and store in freezer.
