Good quality Cilantro is vibrantly green with firm stems, as well as aromatic. Avoid Cilantro that is wilted or blackened.
Cilantro should be rinsed in cold water and discarded of stems. Wrap in paper towel and place in plastic container, bag or damp towel.
Cilantro can be sautéed, sliced, chopped or pureed. The possibilities are up to you!
