Asian Vegetable Blend Prep 101

Microwave: 

Place mix into microwave safe dish and microwave on high for 5-7 minutes or until tender. Drain and toss into your favorite sauce, stir fry or pasta dish. Or add olive oil or dressing of choice and enjoy.

Steamer: 

To steam, place contents of package in steamer for 5-10 minutes or until tender.

Boil: 

Pour contents of package into simmering water or broth. Cook for 7-10 minutes or until tender. Drain and serve.

Freezing: 

Place bag directly into freezer and away from moisture. If using for soup, simply toss into simmering broth still frozen. Otherwise, defrost one day before use and strain in colander before preparation to remove any residual moisture.
